Cal Wiebe's practice includes bankruptcy (creditor and debtor representation), collection, commercial and general
litigation matters, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, income tax, property tax and sales tax disputes,
business organization, and wills/probate.

Mr. Wiebe has practiced law in Wichita since 1984 (admitted to the courts of Kansas, the Kansas Federal District
Court, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Tax Court, and a member of the Wichita,
Kansas, and American Bar Associations). Prior to establishing a solo practice in January 1993, he was a partner with
Triplett, Woolf & Garretson from 1989 through December 1992, and previously an associate with Triplett, Woolf &
Garretson (1985-1988) and an associate with Martin, Pringle, Oliver, Triplett & Wallace (1984-1985).
